Our Guava tree became deceased a year ago, but I hunted round and found a seedling to replace it (i.e. I checked for pigeon poop) and now we have another (infant) Guava.
I found a few ripe ones the other day, threw in a few ripe yellow ones off the yellow guava bush, stewed them up in the vege basket for the old, no-longer-seals, pressure cooker hoping it would catch all the seeds so I would not need a jelly bag.
And it caught a lot of them, but alas, not all.
But, gentlemen, we have the technology, so we will make the six million dollar man Guava Jelly.

WOOHOO! SUCKSEGGS! Clear as jelly, no seeds.
