And underneath the pink shower cap is a yeast-leavened dough for tonight’s baguettes and maybe a couple of burger buns for the freezer.
Under the baby-sized clear shower cap is the sourdough which will go in the banneton tonight to bake tomorrow morning.
And for thrill-seeking? Choppen beans to go with veges and chooken that’s cooken in the oven while drinken gin. Hic!
